Beschreibung

• Act as a strategic partner for customers, helping them navigate complex business challenges through an advisory-led professional services approach • Lead several concurrent projects focused on digital transformation and measurable organizational change • Advise customers and cross-functional peers on best practices to modernize and optimize workflows • Design and implement strategic solutions using Smartsheet capabilities, AI-native functionality, and automation • Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges and design custom solutions • Develop solutions through prototyping and iterative sprints based on customer feedback • Review solution designs through internal testing and facilitate user acceptance testing • Own project timelines, deliverables, scope, and budget while mitigating risks • Stay current on industry trends and Smartsheet capabilities and share new delivery methodologies • Collaborate with consulting team members and participate in the mentor program as mentee and mentor • Identify product and services expansion opportunities with Sales • Perform against KPIs including billable utilization, project margins, customer satisfaction, and accurate data maintenance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in management or technology consulting • Strong willingness and track record of performing within a team environment • Ability to succeed in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and adapt quickly as customer needs, tools, and industry trends evolve • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing leading-edge, web-based SaaS applications • Strong interest in leading-edge technologies, including Smartsheet AI and automation capabilities • Experience applying change management and business process optimization strategies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining complex technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders • Experience with business process optimization and Agile project management methodologies • Ability to travel periodically, up to 40%, based on customer and business requirements
