Beschreibung

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs and regulatory standards • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery • Leverage data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform decisions and prioritize features • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, update requirements, and provide commercial guidance on value proposition • Champion intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiences tailored to anesthesia workflows • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle including refinement and launch

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field • 5-8 years of relevant work experience • Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management • Proven track record of launching and iteratively improving digital products. • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance). • Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps. • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analtyics, Gainsight, etc). • Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy. • Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development. • Travel up to 30% may be required
