Beschreibung

• Shape and grow the responsible leadership advisory practice • Help determine organisational investment priorities, build capability and deepen impact • Lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects end to end • Manage partners and deliver reputation-enhancing project outcomes • Lead, develop and coach project teams, including team members and Associates • Manage project budgets, P&L and material strategic partnerships • Create opportunities for cross-project learning and proposition iteration • Design creative leadership experiences for senior leaders • Contribute to the core design capability across programmatic interventions and bespoke advisory work • Pioneer leadership development experiences outside established approaches • Evaluate the impact of leadership interventions against partner objectives • Hold key accounts and lead business development conversations, proposals and pitches • Contribute to organisational growth, shared learning and strategic direction

🎯 Anforderungen

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to exercise judgement under ambiguity • Strong commercial instinct and clear understanding of where value lies • Deep curiosity about how AI will reshape organisations and leadership • Commitment to responsible leadership • Strong relational instincts and ability to build trust quickly with senior leaders and teams • Creative approach to designing new experiences • Ability to lead the full life cycle of complex, high-value projects • Strong commercial capability, including managing partner accounts, business development conversations, proposals and pitches, and converting work • Strong design capability for impactful leadership experiences • People leadership and management skills • Excellent facilitation skills with senior teams • Ability to translate intellectual frameworks into compelling partner propositions • Ability to evaluate leadership intervention impact and demonstrate outcomes • ~8+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, leadership consulting, programme design and implementation, or learning and development • Experience taking a proposition to market and growing it • Proven track record of winning work through senior relationships • 1–2 years’ experience engaging leaders with or working in AI, technology or innovation • Must have the right to work in the UK • CV and a covering video of maximum 90 seconds required for application
