Beschreibung

• Own the full lifecycle of data products and act as a technical leader • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to bring real-time pricing algorithms to production for millions of users • Take full ownership of data pipelines within the Pricing Analytics scope • Architect and build systems for highly complex or vaguely defined problems • Lead the design, development, optimization, and productionization of ML and ML-based solutions with cross-functional stakeholders • Manage the infrastructure on which the Pricing algorithm runs • Take responsibility for the performance of the pricing ML system • Lead cross-team efforts to leverage and scale ML infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment • Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, and maintainable production-quality code

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python • Clean, modular, optimized code for complex data transformations • Significant hands-on experience modeling enterprise Data Warehouses using dbt, including Kimball methodology, dimensional modeling, star schemas, data testing, and data lineage • Strong experience with Databricks ecosystem, including Delta Lake, PySpark, Unity Catalog, SQL Endpoints, and Serverless compute • Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, including S3, IAM, KMS, and DataSync • Solid experience writing and orchestrating complex production DAGs using Apache Airflow or MWAA • Experience managing deployments with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitHub Actions, and Terraform • Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Databricks SQL Dashboards • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude and Databricks AI features • Solid understanding of GDPR requirements, PII masking, access control policies, data retention, and auditing via Unity Catalog • Analytical mindset and ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data marts and KPI metrics • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and domain teams • Fluency in written and spoken English
