Beschreibung

• Develop, implement, and maintain machine-derived letters and notices • Identify and program selection criteria and loan scenarios based on event triggers and business requirements • Create detailed test plans and perform User Acceptance Testing for statement and letter changes • Monitor enhancements after implementation to ensure successful installation • Determine best practices for programming machine-derived letters • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Legal Compliance to define letter logic, timing, and guidelines • Work with project and change managers on regulatory and business-related projects • Coordinate with print vendors and prioritize programming requests • Manage the print vendor relationship to ensure communications are sent timely and accurately • Support large-scale annual projects including Year End, Annual Privacy Notice distribution, and Code Cross testing • Comply with company policies and procedures • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned • Serve as an individual contributor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Requires logical reasoning and data analyzation capabilities • Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to think critically and challenge assumptions and conclusions • Ability to clearly communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines while responding to changing business and technical conditions • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred • Four (4) to Six (6) years of related experience within the mortgage servicing industry • None required for certificates, licenses, or registrations • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Occasional ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
