Beschreibung

• Lead global order management operations from order receipt through shipment and delivery, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of customer orders, contract modifications, and change requests. • Drive customer and contract execution excellence by ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, resolving complex order issues, supporting strategic aerospace and defense programs, and serving as the escalation point for critical customer matters. • Ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity by maintaining adherence to applicable regulations (including ITAR, EAR, DFARS, and FAR), strengthening internal controls, mitigating operational risk, and supporting audit activities. • Optimize operational performance through standardized global processes, KPI management, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. • Build and lead a high-performing global team by recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining talent while fostering accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and effective change management. • Lead digital transformation initiatives by partnering with business and IT leaders to optimize ERP capabilities, implement automation and AI-enabled solutions, and modernize order management processes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field. • 7-10 years (Manager) of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Operations, or Program Management. • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional or global teams. • Strong understanding of ERP systems and order-to-cash processes. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with complex customer contracts and long product lifecycles. • Preferred: Experience with government contracts and defense customers. • Preferred: Experience in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing or other highly regulated industries. • Preferred: Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, DFARS, FAR, and export compliance regulations. • Preferred: Experience leading digital transformation or ERP implementation projects.
