Beschreibung

• Deliver temporary promotional packaging materials and pre-packed retail merchandise vehicles that withstand supply chain handling and meet customer and stakeholder expectations • Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers, vendors, and factories while leading structural design on multidisciplinary teams • Develop innovative, structurally sound, cost-effective pre-packed merchandise vehicles that communicate product features, increase trial and sales, and build brand awareness • Manage formal ship testing for product, packaging material, structural integrity, and assembly compatibility with the retail supply chain • Propose continuous improvements to existing POP vehicles through material/labor reductions and structural improvements • Support MDO Merchandising Specialists throughout display development from concept through manufacturing, co-packing, and deployment • Handle ideation, project development, specification generation, vendor management, ship testing, and travel to co-packers for start-ups • Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Project Managers, external Structural Designers, Graphic Designers, Internal Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Vendor Partners • Work hands-on, multitask, shift priorities, communicate clearly, and travel when needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–3 years of structural corrugated experience, including corrugated material and secondary packaging • Comfortable with MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel • Savvy with web-based tools • Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to shift gears easily • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing • Willing and available to travel, sometimes on short notice • Schedule availability Monday–Friday • Ability to travel up to 20%
