Beschreibung

• Build and improve acquisition and conversion web and product surfaces, including landing experiences, checkout, plan selection, and dropoff instrumentation • Simplify signup, login, account creation, and first-session activation • Help new members connect with coaching and get started quickly • Design, ship, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across the funnel • Define experiment metrics, guardrails, and experiment hygiene with data partners • Implement frontend and backend features, APIs, services, web UI, and integrations with the core member product • Instrument funnels, cohorts, and activation milestones • Use qualitative and quantitative signals to identify leverage and prioritize work • Keep high-traffic growth journeys fast, stable, and observable • Partner with product, design, data, and marketing on growth hypotheses, roadmap tradeoffs, and shippable product work • Use coding agents and AI tools for exploration, implementation, testing, and review • Own shipped paths from discovery through production support

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience • Meaningful ownership of consumer growth, acquisition, activation, or conversion surfaces • Strong full-stack development skills across modern web frontend and backend services • Ability to ship experiments from UI through API and data • Experience running production growth experiments, including A/B tests and funnel instrumentation • Understanding of customer journeys, segments, touchpoints, dropoff analysis, activation, and retention metrics • Ability to debug web UI, networking, backend services, analytics pipelines, and CI • Experience partnering with product, design, data, or marketing to take ambiguous growth problems from hypothesis to shipped learning • Clear, maintainable coding practices • Care for experiment integrity, observability, and long-term operability • Experience using AI coding tools and verifying their output • Passion for health, fitness, and helping people build better habits
