Beschreibung

• Lead end-to-end delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and execution for complex implementations • Convert contracts and statements of work into sequenced plans with dependencies, risks, and owners • Escalate major scope, timeline, and technical decisions with clear recommendations • Lead technical design and scoping with customers, including integrations, data flows, SSO/IAM, security, and API contracts • Design and run governance models including steering committees, working groups, sprint reviews, and executive updates • Coordinate FutureFit AI Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams with customer teams and third-party partners • Manage risks, dependencies, scope, timeline, budget, and formal change control • Produce and maintain RAID logs, decision logs, integration maps, milestone plans, and status reports • Build customer confidence and communicate program status transparently • Develop repeatable professional services delivery playbooks and document implementation patterns

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years working on complex, cross-functional technology implementations • At least 3 years in a leadership role with ownership of scope, timeline, and delivery outcomes • Ability to read API specifications and reason about integration patterns • Understanding of SSO/IAM and data-pipeline tradeoffs • Ability to hold substantive conversations with senior engineers • Rigorous planning, tracking, and communication system • Experience producing milestone plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports • Multi-stakeholder experience across customers, internal teams, and third-party partners • Executive-level stakeholder management up to C-suite or agency leadership • Strong written and verbal communication • High agency and comfort with ambiguity • Direct experience with state or federal government agency implementations, workforce, labor, education, or social services technology deployments is a bonus • Familiarity with WIOA, RESEA, TAA, or other federal workforce funding programs is a bonus • Experience managing systems integrators or sub-contractors is a bonus • Working knowledge of SSO (SAML/OIDC), IAM, REST/GraphQL APIs, ETL/data pipelines, and case management or CRM systems is a bonus • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent formal program management credential is nice to have, not required • Experience in an early-stage or scale-up environment is a bonus • Must be based in the United States • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States • Ability to work EST/EDT business hours • Willingness to travel occasionally • Willingness to undergo a background check if required
