Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end system availability, performance monitoring, and operational continuity for systems supporting MMIS and related enterprise services • Enforce escalation paths across L1–L5 tiers and eliminate ownership gaps • Lead root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for major P1/P2 incidents • Manage system updates, patches, troubleshooting, and defect tracking across production and non-production environments • Ensure system observability and lead rapid outage or degradation triage • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state/federal policies, and internal audit controls • Guide infrastructure modernization, including cloud-readiness, refactoring, virtualization, and platform reengineering • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams on SOA, DevOps, and enterprise integration practices • Implement security practices covering access controls, data protection, SOC audits, disaster recovery, and vulnerability remediation • Lead ITSM process design and continuous improvement using the ITIL4 framework • Supervise Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management • Define and monitor service-quality KPIs and SLAs • Manage second-level support and coordinate with L1 providers • Support releases, annual disaster recovery exercises, and SOC audits • Lead technical planning for initiatives, migrations, upgrades, and risk mitigation • Provide defect reporting, change requests, and weekly/monthly reporting with the PMO • Participate in project governance, CAB, and production-readiness assessments • Serve as primary systems liaison to client leaders and represent systems in governance, status, steering, and delivery meetings • Partner with clients on future needs and solution roadmaps • Communicate impacts during outages, escalations, and planned changes • Lead and coach technical and operations staff • Set objectives, provide performance feedback, maintain ownership maps, and promote cross-training and succession planning

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years in IT systems engineering, operations, or infrastructure leadership • 5+ years in technical and service delivery leadership roles • Deep expertise in ITIL4, ITSM, and technical project execution in complex, regulated environments • Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC, and enterprise compliance frameworks • Medicare MIS or healthcare platform experience preferred • Master’s degree or PMP preferred • Must use video cameras during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
