Beschreibung

• Ensures timely delivery of contract and project deliverables that meet quality standards and client requirements • Develops comprehensive project plans encompassing scope based on PWS/SOW/WBS and communicates those with team members • Builds, communicates, and executes project schedule • Monitors and communicates team member project allocations and staffing • Identifies and coordinates the needs of team members to be successful • Identify, communicate and mitigate risk/challenges internally and to stakeholders • Identify, communicate, and develop opportunities consistent with project • Leads project team’s sprint planning, backlog management, and assignment tracking in an organized manner • Monitors Engineering Performance and coordinates with engineering managers and technical leads as it pertains to respective projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience working with the Department of War • Ability to travel to the Pentagon weekly • Experience managing multiple or complex projects at the same time in Gitlab, Jira, or similar • Strong communication skills in written and verbal engagements • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork • Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to predict challenges and opportunities and communicate with team • Ability to leverage emerging technologies for productivity and efficiency
