Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and support applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse) • Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages solutions • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources • Develop custom components, plugins, PCF controls, and APIs using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools • Implement role-based security and follow Power Platform security best practices • Lead a team of 4–6 developers and mentor junior team members • Establish coding standards, deployment processes, and ALM best practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives • Present technical solutions and project updates to technical and business stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of overall IT experience in software development and application delivery • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform • Must have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform Plugins, PCF Controls, and custom APIs • Experience with React, Node.js, or other JavaScript frameworks is a plus • Strong communication and presentation skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification required; PL-600 certification preferred. • U.S. Citizenship is required.
