Beschreibung

• Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems • Coordinate with business and technology teams • Lead continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measurement engagements • Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define scope and objectives • Identify duplication and opportunities for outsourcing, streamlining, centralization, business improvement, manufacturing improvement, and vendor selection • Perform quantitative data, cost-benefit, and process measurement analysis • Research industry trends and process improvement best practices • Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives • Participate throughout the software implementation lifecycle as part of a SAFe scrum team • Resolve complex problems escalated by lower-level consultants • Develop department policies and procedures • Coach and guide less experienced professionals • Serve as a team or task lead • Develop knowledge of the UCM application and functionality to support requirements analysis and provide accurate estimates

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience • 5+ years of related experience • Ability to read or write PostgreSQL or SQL scripts for data support • JIRA/Confluence experience • Ability to analyze technical processes • Ability to document complex data and/or reporting projects • Must be able to obtain a public trust • Self-motivated and well-organized with strict attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams • Superior written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently • Must have lived in the United States at least three of the last five years • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided • Availability during Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST core hours • Preferred: CMS or medical data systems/tools experience • Preferred: PostgreSQL or SQL experience with large, complex data sources and data migration/maintenance • Preferred: ETL, reporting, and/or APIs experience • Preferred: Agile certification such as SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, or CSM
