Beschreibung

• Own and maintain the Provisioning and Integrations product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs, drive product strategy, and support delivery of scalable solutions • Partner with internal development teams and third-party technical resources to evaluate, document, and support new system integrations • Review technical specifications and define implementation and support expectations • Contribute to the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of the Cloud Provisioning Framework, provisioning business rules, and API integration capabilities • Translate technical concepts into clear business requirements • Research and document users’ integrated/enterprise business processes, needs, and challenges • Create detailed use cases, scenarios, and user stories for complex, integrated software solutions • Guide NISC teams in researching and interpreting complex technical design specifications • Advise on implementation of requested business needs while limiting scope • Serve as a key leadership contact for functional, processing, reporting, and data use cases • Analyze and capture complex business needs and champion them through use-case approaches • Research and document legal, regulatory, and industry parameters or constraints affecting software solutions • Perform other related duties as assigned • Commit to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of related experience preferred • Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON data structures, API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger), and system integration concepts, including the ability to understand data schemas • Strong understanding of product roadmap development and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, including creating a product business plan and feature rollout plan • Working knowledge of broadband provisioning concepts and technologies, including Fiber networks • Working level knowledge of business-related software applications and services • Working level knowledge of product portfolio functionalities, integrations, and technical architecture • Working level knowledge of other integrated industry applications and services • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Working knowledge of Project Management processes and theory • Working knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycles • Strong ability to effectively lead, influence, teach and mentor others • Ability to identify key performance indicators and define sound business process of product development • Ability to travel as often as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the position • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience (preferred) • Ability to see and communicate; regularly maintain a stationary position, move, and operate computer keyboards or office equipment
