Beschreibung

• Provide software and product architecture for the Unified Claims Acceleration Platform (UCAP) • Define milestone delivery and success metrics and oversee technical implementation • Provide business and technical architectural guidance to development teams • Identify solutions based on business and technical criteria in an AWS cloud environment • Lead multidisciplinary IT staff and ensure delivery of effective system solutions • Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives, and recommend software, platform, and network configurations • Develop, enhance, and maintain service designs using process frameworks and methodologies • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, briefings, and reports to government stakeholders • Support change management and improve program processes • Lead solution development for SSA and broader federal health growth opportunities • Conduct solution scans, solution design, and cost estimation • Develop proposal content, participate in color reviews, and create bills of materials • Develop staffing plans, bases of estimate, and lifecycle cost estimates • Coordinate technical subject-matter-expert reach-back to address technical issues • Provide technical thought leadership supporting retention and growth of work • Act as technical liaison between customer technical contacts and GDIT staff • Facilitate IT strategic planning and align capture, program execution, emerging technology, and growth pipelines

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required • 15+ years of software development, design, and product experience • 7+ years of direct experience designing and deploying AWS cloud-based managed service solutions • 5+ years creating solutions for federal government proposals • Solution architecture experience across multiple technical disciplines • Ability to lead projects and proposals and provide technical oversight • Strong knowledge of government procurement and proposal processes • Strong knowledge of commercial products and solutions, especially COTS software application products • Experience developing lifecycle cost estimates for technical solutions • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team • Maintain technical proficiency with current technologies, trends, standards, and products • Customer service orientation • Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a government background screening process, including detailed forms and fingerprinting • Public Trust/Other Required: MBI (T2) • U.S. citizenship is not required • Preferred: experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, iBPM/CRM, ITSM automation, big data, data warehousing, data lakes, machine learning, AI, cloud migration, and cyber defense • Preferred: prior experience with SSA, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or federal health agencies • Preferred: AWS AI Practitioner, Machine Learning Engineer Associate, Generative AI Developer Professional, or Machine Learning Specialty certifications • Preferred: business case and white paper writing and presentation experience • Preferred: government contracting and B2G sales experience
