Beschreibung

• Serve as a senior technical voice for federal customers, teaming partners, and cloud provider field teams • Maintain fluency in FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, RMF/ATO, and federal Zero Trust requirements • Build and maintain relationships with AWS, Microsoft, and Google public sector partner teams • Lead or contribute technical cloud architecture content for RFP, RFI, RFQ, and sources-sought responses • Develop technical volumes, architecture diagrams, transition plans, and management approach sections • Translate agency requirements into defensible technical solutions with clear discriminators • Develop basis-of-estimate inputs, level-of-effort assumptions, and cloud cost models • Participate in Pink, Red, and Gold Team reviews and incorporate feedback • Support oral presentations and technical Q&A with agency evaluators • Build reusable reference architectures, technical case studies, solution modules, and past-performance assets • Scope, build, and demonstrate working proofs of concept and pilots in federal cloud environments • Stand up infrastructure as code, containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and data or AI/ML pipelines • Run technical discovery sessions and whiteboard workshops with client architects and agency leadership • Evaluate prototypes for security, data protection, cost, and operational suitability • Document POC outcomes for follow-on proposals or task orders • Hand off successful prototypes to delivery teams with architecture documentation, runbooks, and clean IaC repositories • Own solutions end to end as a senior individual contributor without direct reports • Travel approximately 10%, including visiting Falls Church, Virginia, as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience • 15+ years in cloud architecture, engineering, or technical presales • 3+ years supporting federal government customers or federal contracts • Deep hands-on experience in AWS or Azure, including federal regions • Direct experience contributing technical content to federal proposals and writing to evaluation factors • Practical skill with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or equivalent • Experience with containers and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD tooling • Experience with Python • Working knowledge of FedRAMP and the ATO process • Strong technical writing • Good communication skills and comfort interacting with all levels of staff, business owners, and customers • Work visa sponsorship will not be considered • Preferred: professional-level cloud certification, such as AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect • Preferred: security certification such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent • Preferred: Google Cloud experience, particularly Assured Workloads or other federal-eligible configurations • Preferred: hands-on experience designing or prototyping modern data, AI/ML, or Generative AI solutions • Preferred: experience with federal contract vehicles and task-order competitions • Preferred: familiarity with Shipley or comparable capture and proposal methodology • Preferred: prior experience at a systems integrator or cloud provider public sector organization • Preferred: strong backend skills in Node/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, or C#, and REST APIs
