Beschreibung

• Align the Service Area with priorities defined by the business and the Service Director • Define best practices and implement standard work throughout the Service Area • Establish KPIs and annual operating plans with the Service Director • Monitor KPIs over time and support Hub Managers as necessary • Works with cross-functional teams including engineering, contract performance management, fleet performance, EHS, planned maintenance, and quality • Define standard work for People Leaders and assist with implementation at the Hub Manager level

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the areas of Services and Resource Management • Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time • Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (desired) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
