Beschreibung

• Define and execute the overall Molecular Imaging modality strategy for the UKI zone • Deliver the operational plan and drive growth in market share, orders, revenues, margin and customer satisfaction • Manage positioning, pricing, profitability and localised marketing strategy for PET-CT, Nuclear Medicine and Radiopharmacy • Coordinate with the International Molecular Imaging Team and execute strategy locally • Manage Modality Sales Specialists responsible for selling the modality in their areas • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets • Coordinate at LCT level for aligned forecasting and business execution • Define local portfolio strategy, including pricing, positioning and configuration management • Coordinate with sales, service and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities and communicate leads • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, radiology practices and imaging centres • Maintain an effective quality system and participate in EHS activities • Analyse local markets, including needs, competition, prices and market share • Identify and cultivate leads to grow market share and increase orders and revenues • Track market data and provide current and forecast information • Communicate competitor and market information between field teams and marketing • Transmit market information to the International Molecular Imaging Marketing team • Define marketing strategy with the International Modality team, including customer segmentation, campaigns, exhibitions, pricing, products and sales tools • Lead cross-functional teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans • Coordinate, coach and support reporting Sales Specialists • Ensure Sales Specialist competency through product, pricing and customer satisfaction training • Set customer priorities for targeted customers, demonstrations, site visits and follow-up • Coordinate tender responses and validate tender documentation with account managers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive experience and proven track record in a sales/marketing position in Medtech is desired • Mandatory experience selling Nuclear Medicine and/or Molecular Imaging products • Marketing experience appreciated • Minimum technical knowledge and understanding of MRI required • Clinical knowledge is a plus • Strategic thinking • Selling and negotiation skills • Ability to find added-value solutions for customers • Excellent communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Coaching skills • Leadership skills • Fluent English • Compliance with applicable company policies, quality processes, standards and regulations • Compliance with local EHS regulations and GE HealthCare requirements
