Beschreibung

• Draft and implement promotion plans and programs for pharmaceutical products • Provide customer service and convey product-related information to healthcare professionals • Assist healthcare professionals in the appropriate use of the company's pharmaceutical products • Collect and report clinical usage data and hospital needs regarding medications • Conduct scientific/academic promotion activities in a lawful and compliant manner, including communicating with healthcare and pharmacy staff, organizing and participating in academic exchange meetings, holding academic conferences and lectures, and communicating via online platforms or teleconferences • Execute and complete pharmaceutical product promotion plans and programs within applicable regulatory allowances and budgetary constraints • Maintain two-way communication between the market and the company and establish the company's and products' brand image • Support tendering, pricing strategy, and reimbursement-related business activities • Implement promotion plans and strategies in accordance with the company's overall policies • Build and maintain commercial networks and client relationships • Assist direct manager in collecting required promotional information • Perform other related tasks assigned by the direct manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field • Five or more years of experience in pharmaceutical promotion • Basic English communication skills • Commercially aware, customer-first mindset, results-oriented • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
