Beschreibung

• Maintain information in the client management system • Issue Certificates of Insurance • Support the renewal process • Handle change requests • Manage invoicing and accounting-related processes • Address other client needs as they arise • Maintain knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, and underwriting • Maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives • Work within the Aviation team to provide exceptional client service

🎯 Anforderungen

• Hold a Property and Casualty Insurance License • Three–Five years of industry-specific experience • High School diploma • Strong client relation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems • Strong organizational and project management skills • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite • Aptitude to quickly learn and utilize multiple systems • Responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters • Ability to prioritize work for timely completion of critical and sensitive activities • Accountability for quality of work
