Beschreibung

• Lead design/build projects in support of GE HealthCare Imaging equipment sales and installations. • Project Management lead with cross-functional teams (consisting of customer radiology/purchasing/facilities, government customer procurement reps, GE HealthCare suppliers, sales, project managers, service) in the execution of design/build activities. • Manage entire design/build proposal process for assigned projects; work closely with the project team to identify customer project requirements and develop work scopes, design drawings, cost estimates, project schedules, proposals, and contract documents to deliver cost effective solutions for design/build services. • Provide tracking of supplier performance, maintain project schedules and budgets and ensure Quality Management System compliance as well as meeting local and governmental codes and specs. • Develop, track and control project budgets, supplier purchase orders and customer payment - ensuring margin expectations are met for each project. • Drive customer satisfaction at all phases of proposals and project backlog

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree and most recent 5+ years in construction project management • Customer interface experience, customer-focused approach essential • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both technical and non-technical. • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time • Ability to work from home in a dedicated office space, free from distraction with a high-speed internet connection • Willingness to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and education • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
