• Own and develop Genea's brand strategy, positioning, and identity • Lead the in-progress brand refresh through a modernized website and content system • Lead channel and partner marketing through integrators, resellers, and technology partners • Drive co-marketing, partner enablement, MDF/co-op programs, and a partner advisory board • Orchestrate marketing across sell-through and sell-to go-to-market motions • Set strategy for field and industry events, including ISC West, a partner conference, and a technology-partner showcase • Own product marketing and go-to-market for product and channel launches, including sales enablement and messaging • Guide demand generation and campaigns supporting net-new logo growth with Sales and BDR • Partner with Sales to report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline • Help build account-level ABM reporting suited to a channel model • Bridge marketing's reporting and martech stack until a dedicated RevOps function matures • Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team • Build a collaborative, high-accountability culture • Own the marketing budget and ROI reporting • Oversee hiring, development, performance management, and organizational design

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep, hands-on channel marketing expertise • Experience marketing through a sell-through/channel two-tier distribution model and directly to end users • 10-12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience • Brand-building leadership, including leading brand refreshes and modernizing positioning and identity • Partner marketing experience, including co-marketing, partner enablement, and MDF/co-op programs • Understanding of field and industry events as brand and pipeline drivers • Product marketing and launch experience, including sales enablement and messaging • Fluency in ABX marketing operations and attribution using Salesforce • Proven people leadership building, mentoring, and scaling marketing teams • Executive presence and credibility to influence a leadership team • Willingness to travel approximately 25% • Commercial awareness of how marketing supports revenue • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional stakeholders • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Comfort with ambiguity and building structure • Passion for and proven track record of AI-enabled marketing and execution • Must meet United States employment eligibility requirements; Genea participates in E-Verify
