Beschreibung

• Represent and deliver complex technical, financial, and workflow-driven aspects of Built’s platform • Support owners and developers by translating real estate development and construction finance workflows into scalable software-driven solutions • Own the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycle from discovery through solution validation • Partner with Sales to understand and redesign pre-development, construction, draw management, and reporting workflows • Assess current systems, stakeholder pain points, integration, reporting, and data requirements • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for executive, finance, and operational stakeholders • Explain how Built’s solutions improve efficiency and transparency, reduce financial risk and administrative burden, and improve outcomes for debt and equity stakeholders • Build and present ROI-based financial models • Establish credibility as a real estate development and construction finance expert • Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients, including C-suite and senior leadership • Support Client Success during implementation and post-go-live by resolving workflow, reporting, or integration challenges • Partner with Product & Engineering on configuration, integrations, client pain points, trends, and product enhancements • Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Client Success on go-to-market messaging, product positioning, and demo strategy • Contribute to onboarding, training, enablement, best-practice documentation, and playbooks • Represent Built at national and regional industry conferences • Support cross-promotion of owner/developer solutions alongside construction lending offerings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and explain complex systems and workflows • Prior experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or consultative SaaS roles • Proven expertise as a demo professional, able to tailor presentations to diverse audiences and decision-makers • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with ERP platforms in real estate or construction environments, such as Yardi, Sage, QuickBooks Online (QBO), or MRI [preferred] • Familiarity with construction management platforms, including Procore, Sage Intacct / Construction, or Autodesk Construction Cloud [preferred] • Solid understanding of digital payments, draw processes, financial controls, and compliance requirements • Experience working in or adjacent to proptech or construction technology ecosystems [preferred] • Approximately 15–25% travel as needed to support business priorities • Employees not based in the Nashville area must travel to the Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings
