Beschreibung

• Shape how Boatsetter and Getmyboat show up in the world • Own the communications strategy and translate business, product, and brand developments into compelling stories • Manage and evolve communications for both platforms and drive differentiation • Develop big-picture communications strategy and manage day-to-day execution • Lead communications across thought leadership, SEO/AEO, campaigns, and new media • Cultivate relationships with journalists, newsletter writers, and podcasters • Generate coverage across business, consumer, lifestyle, and outdoor press, plus nontraditional media placements • Partner with the CEO on thought leadership, interviews, speaking opportunities, and social media presence • Collaborate with marketers and product managers to launch campaigns and features that drive interest, users, and bookings • Translate strategic goals into narratives, communications strategies, and pitches • Manage communications for product launches, company milestones, and data reports • Partner with the Brand Marketing Director on brand storytelling, campaigns, and earned activations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6–8+ years of professional communications experience • Track record of adapting and building business and consumer narratives that secure top-tier coverage • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and innovative thinking • Meaningful relationships with key outlets and new media • Experience building and managing executive communications strategy, including press, speaking opportunities, and social presence • Ability to shift between scrappy execution and polished, big-idea work • Strong attention to detail • Strong writing skills • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment • Experience in outdoors, sports, and/or travel is a plus
