Beschreibung

• Support the Sales Team in growing the Controls Lifecare Services Multi Year Agreements portfolio • Lead overall proposal development by coordinating finance, Services, engineering, product line, tax, risk, legal, and Order to Remittance stakeholders • Support deal teams in achieving business orders, sales, and margin targets • Qualify opportunities and develop indicative, budgetary, and firm proposals, including customer negotiations • Provide commercial support through risk assessment, mitigation, and terms and conditions review • Run inflation and escalation evaluations, financial analysis, scenario planning, and pricing strategy • Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders • Draft and negotiate contracts and resolve customer negotiation gaps • Work with internal Gas Power business lines, GE Vernova internal customers, and external customers • Track prices and analyze trends for MYA products during Commercial Review Boards and Deal Reviews • Present deals for delegation-of-authority approvals and ensure ITO process compliance • Manage tender schedules, internal approvals, bid submission, and order-booking readiness • Challenge tendering practices and propose innovative cooperation methods • Use Salesforce.com and CPQ to manage proposal risk profiles and pipeline forecasts • Support OTR handover meetings to accurately communicate as-sold pricing and scope of supply • Lead communications and deal reviews with senior and executive leadership • Support evolution and continuous improvement of the CLS MYA product line • Report to the Commercial Operations Leader

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in Power business tendering • Prior experience with multi-year transaction risk evaluation and mitigation • Understanding of complex financial multi-year models and advanced-level formula-driven spreadsheets • Willingness to travel 30% • Knowledge in Software & Controls Solutions (SCS) Business Product Lines • Prior technical and/or field experience • Prior experience with contract drafting and managing and negotiating complex commercial and legal terms and conditions • Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally and gain consensus with multiple stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize simultaneously • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Fluency in multiple languages • Strong business acumen, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs • Strong oral and written communication skills in English • Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
