Beschreibung

• Demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives within Gas Power • Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts and customer obligations • Provide service agreement, fixed price, and time and material program management • Interact with members of the customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and/or other teams • Perform all contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site • Manage the transfer of information and requests between the customer and the project team • Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project • Negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issues arising • Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract • Perform proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals/contracts with minimal supervision • Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts • Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters • Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy • Use some judgment and ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of 5 years Power Industry experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience with field engineering / Gas or Steam turbine maintenance experience • Must live within 1 hour drive of the two sites that are covered by this role (Orlando, FL and Cocoa, FL area) • Knowledge and experience within the power industry • Experience planning and executing outages • Familiarity with Contractual Service Agreements • Strong quality background with Black Belt certification • Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills • Knowledge of the Field Service Portal (FSP) systems • Team leader in a dynamic, energetic and proactive environment • Demonstrated communication & organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills
