Beschreibung

• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities and nurture existing and prospective client relationships • Consult with customers and provide technical expertise and recommendations for GridOS DERMS applications • Conduct product demonstrations and provide GridOS DERMS product-line overviews • Document customers’ technical, process, policy, and regulatory challenges and identify suitable use cases and solutions • Articulate customer requirements, industry trends, and issues to Product Management • Define and assess value-added technology-enabled services leveraging the GridOS DERMS Platform • Work with Account Managers to meet customer needs and deliver proposals on time • Provide technical input for RFPs, RFQs, and government programs • Identify proposal-related Product Development scope outside the current roadmap and flag it for analysis • Contribute technical information to customer-facing marketing campaigns • Monitor competitive products, identify use cases, and channel market response and feedback • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events • Develop and maintain customer-ready presentations at multiple technical levels • Transfer customer-derived technical insights internally • Provide feedback to Account Managers, Product Management, and Research and Development teams on customer feedback, product bugs, and quality defects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on Power Systems • Minimum 5+ years of strong utility industry knowledge combined with technical sales and technical writing experience in the energy market • Remote role based in the US • Up to 25% travel required based on business needs • Familiarity with emerging energy industry trends, regulations, and implications for utility customers in DER management, microgrids, distribution planning, SCADA, and asset management • Knowledge of Distributed Energy Resources, IEEE 1547, IEEE 2030.5 (SEP2), OpenADR, and utility-to-DER integration technologies highly desirable • Familiarity with DER aggregation, virtual power plants, demand response programs, inverter-based resources, and DER integration use cases considered a strong asset • Ability to attract new clients and expand existing relationships by articulating the strategic and technical value of the GridOS DERMS platform • Ability to meet project deadlines • Ability to collaborate independently and as part of a team • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and provide high-level summaries to the C-suite • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
