Beschreibung

• Provide consulting services and advise clients on ERP best practices and solutions • Design, develop, and deploy solutions and applications supporting accounting and financial strategies • Manage production and non-production maintenance and administrative tasks • Provide proactive client support and prompt issue resolution • Serve as the key point of contact throughout ERP implementations, upgrades, and support • Gather requirements, analyze platform impacts, and plan functionality and data migration • Identify performance improvements and maximize clients’ return on investment • Drive successful implementation, project sign-off, and client satisfaction follow-up • Review vendor-partner deliverables and coach teams as needed • Build and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders • Develop and test functional designs and solution prototypes • Follow company processes, guidelines, and frameworks • Provide subject-matter expertise on financial business processes and implementation approaches • Participate in sales and marketing activities as needed • Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and firm information • Manage multiple projects and communicate status and issues to team members • Travel to local and non-local client sites, with possible overnight travel

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 3+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect within enterprise resource planning and/or a professional services firm • ERP certification based on product requirement • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills • Previous experience using project management software/tracking systems • In-depth ERP knowledge, including modules, third-party products, and technical and operational processes • General accounting knowledge, including AP, AR, and GL principles • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt to change and work independently and in a team environment • Strong problem-solving and situational escalation skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Commercial awareness of changing internal and external IT landscapes • Analytical and critical-thinking skills • Reliable, accountable, and sound decision-making abilities • Ability to remain stationary as needed and operate a computer and office productivity equipment • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds • Ability to work outside normal business hours and weekends as needed • Ability to travel to local and non-local clients; overnight travel may be required
