Beschreibung

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding • Design, develop, modify, and integrate complex information systems • Devise or modify application systems and procedures to optimize capacity, operating time, response time, and desired results • Design, code, test, debug, and document programs, subroutines, and scripts • Develop and implement program/system test plans • Devise data verification methods and standard system procedures • Respond to system failures and performance events to reduce downtime and prevent recurrence • Research software and hardware products to support recommendations, budgeting, and purchasing • Act as an expert technical resource to development staff throughout development and implementation • Build and support enterprise APIs connecting critical applications across the organization • Partner with application teams to design and deliver integration solutions • Support production environments through incident response, release management, and deployments • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours deployment activities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience • Equivalent experience defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment • 5 years of systems and programming experience • 1 year of experience with information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards • 1 year of expert working knowledge of at least one programming language in use at BCBST • Strong experience working with APIs and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) • Hands-on experience with IBM API Connect • Technical background designing and documenting integration solutions, ensuring interoperability, security, and performance • Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to integration and application development • Experience in API design, development, and management • Analysis, design, and coding skills • Success leading large and complex projects • Ability to interpret and translate technical or complex concepts for project team members and business personnel • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Effective communication with technical and non-technical coworkers • Ability to work EST hours • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation of approximately one full week every six weeks • Availability for after-hours deployment activities • Sponsorship is not available for this role
