Beschreibung

• Support the Heavy-Duty gas power technology projects business at GE Vernova • Support all phases (ITO and OTR) of projects as a non-legal contract expert • Conduct negotiations and manage commercial issues • Manage customer and supplier relationships • Handle claims, disputes, and insurance matters • Develop specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in the contract management discipline • Serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development • Ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Communicate complex or sensitive messages and build consensus • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Influence approaches, projects, programs, priorities, and ways of working within the functional area • Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations • Make decisions and solve moderately complex tasks or problems using internal and limited external sources

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 6 years of experience in contract interpretation, administration, execution, or working closely with contract management functions • Travel anticipated at approximately 10–15% • Working hours must be around the EST time zone to accommodate business and clients • Contract reading and writing experience • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Ability to handle many complex issues concurrently • 6+ years of claims management experience • Construction claims negotiation experience • Developer or EPC experience, preferably in the Power Industry • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Master's degree is desired • A sense of urgency and customer-focused responsiveness
