Beschreibung

• Lead a multi-site service hub and manage daily hub operations • Build long-term customer relationships and serve as customer point of contact • Manage turbine output and prioritize turbine performance to meet or exceed commitments • Provide leadership for staffing, coaching, training, corrective action, and succession planning • Own the safety culture for the hub, including contracted partners and customers • Execute daily Plan of the Day calls and manage the dispatch schedule • Partner with the Customer Performance Manager • Escalate customer concerns with priority • Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and HR to meet deliverables • Lead operations across multiple sites, including weekly visits to each site • Apply LEAN thinking and creative problem solving to facility operations • Drive safety, customer relationship growth, team engagement, and development • Oversee planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, and controlling hub activities • Drive productivity improvements, operational excellence, and outage management • Report to the Service Director

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or GE equivalent • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, inclusive of leadership • 3 years of experience in a field services or equivalent role in the energy industry • Ability and willingness to travel within the hub, including possible overnight stays • Must maintain a valid driver’s license • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Advanced computer skills using word and spreadsheet processing, email programs, facility control and management systems, and computer diagnostic and troubleshooting tools • Wind turbine or energy industry experience • Advanced electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic experience, including use of hydraulic power tools • Experience with heavy equipment required for facility maintenance • Working knowledge of crane and rigging requirements • Comprehensive writing skills to meet contractual reporting obligations • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability, willingness, and adaptability to take initiative and work without direct supervision • Ability to work with a wide variety of personnel at all levels inside and outside of the Wind Hub
