Beschreibung

• Own Gifthealth's pharmacy management system product from roadmap through execution • Define and sequence the PMS roadmap, including core dispensing, billing and claims, multi-tenant, and multi-location capabilities • Own migration plans for new and existing programs, including data migration and reconciliation • Migrate programs onto the PMS without disrupting patients or dispensing • Retire the legacy pharmacy system on plan with an interim dispensing strategy and no gaps in billing or claims • Partner with engineering, pharmacy operations, and program teams to execute releases • Maintain quality and pace across a regulated, high-stakes product area • Write clear, engineering-ready specifications • Make tradeoff decisions to keep the complex build moving • Report to the Senior Product Manager, Digital Pharmacy • Conduct regular alignment meetings with engineering, pharmacy operations, and program teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years in product management • Track record of shipping complex, technical, back-end, or platform products • Comfortable owning transactional systems where correctness matters, such as dispensing, billing, or claims • Experience with migrations, data reconciliation, or legacy system replacement • Strong execution skills, including sequencing complex builds, holding dates, and making tradeoff decisions • Clear written communication and judgment in regulated environments • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and shifting deadlines • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, pharmacy operations, program teams, and leadership • Ability to sit or stand at a workstation and use a computer for extended periods • Ability to travel occasionally if required • Preferred: experience in pharmacy, healthtech, or another regulated environment • Preferred: familiarity with pharmacy management systems, dispensing, or billing and claims workflows • Preferred: multi-tenant or platform product experience • Preferred: hands-on experience with AI tools and Linear
