Beschreibung

• Develop and manage strategic business relationships with key account stakeholders across large health systems, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, national/regional accounts, and Priority/SWAT accounts • Serve as an enterprise-level reimbursement and access expert • Use influence mapping to identify executive, pharmacy, billing, implementation, provider, and operational stakeholders • Lead coordinated, cross-regional account strategies that reduce duplication and improve role clarity • Assess systemic access and reimbursement barriers, including benefit verification, prior authorization, medical exception, claims, acquisition, specialty pharmacy, and LAI operational workflows • Partner with senior account stakeholders and internal matrix teams to establish and optimize scalable reimbursement processes • Support the internal patient support program team in enhancing HUB and FRM processes • Communicate formulary, coverage, payer policy, and reimbursement process changes • Create and deploy instructional resources, account implementation plans, and best-practice education • Coordinate FRMs, Long-Acting Implementation Directors, Strategic Account Managers, Prevention Specialists, Market Access, the Gilead HUB, Marketing, and Patient Support • Identify patient-journey bottlenecks and use technology tools, insights, and escalation pathways to address high-need account situations • Measure education delivery, implementation success, systemic issue resolution, coordination, and scalable access/reimbursement support • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain a patient-centric focus

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years’ Experience, or Master's Degree and Six Years’ Experience, or Ph.D. • BA/BS/RN with 8+ years of experience working for a major pharmaceutical organization in field reimbursement, access, patient services, market access, account management, or related work • MA/MS/PharmD with 6+ years of experience working for a major pharmaceutical organization in field reimbursement, access, patient services, market access, account management, or related role • Deep understanding of payers, providers, health systems, specialty pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies in reimbursement and access • Experience managing large, complex provider accounts, multi-location health systems, IDNs, national/regional accounts, and/or accounts spanning multiple states or regions • Familiarity with pharmacy benefits, medical benefits, specialty payer landscape, reimbursement pathways, and acquisition models across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer segments • Understanding of local, state, and national policy changes and their effect on reimbursement, coverage, acquisition, and account workflows • Experience partnering with specialty pharmacies and HUB services • Ability to influence without authority, align matrixed stakeholders, and translate account barriers into scalable process improvements • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging C-suite and executive leadership, pharmacy directors, revenue cycle leaders, implementation leaders, and system stakeholders • Willingness to travel 75% of the time across designated regions and strategic accounts
