Beschreibung

• Advise GitLab prospects and customers on how the DevSecOps platform addresses technical requirements and business objectives • Guide organizations through digital transformation across the software development lifecycle • Own technical evaluations, including proof of value initiatives and workshops • Shape solution architectures and provide technical guidance during pre-sales • Partner with Account Executives, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing • Formulate and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets through GitLab adoption • Educate SMB customers on GitLab’s value proposition and support successful deployments • Lead POC/POV ownership, RFP/audit support, workshop design, and value stream assessments • Build customer relationships and enable GitLab advocates • Represent the customer to Product Development, Sales, and Marketing • Continuously develop professional and technical skills and maintain specialty competency

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1–2+ years of experience engaging customers in pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles • Experience or eagerness to understand the end-to-end software development lifecycle • Knowledge of modern DevSecOps practices and CI/CD workflows • Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies • Ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams • Ability to lead proofs of concept/value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops • Clear technical communication and presentation skills • Ability to adapt messages for practitioners and senior business and technical decision makers • Skill in building trusted relationships and acting as a customer advocate • Motivation to continuously develop professionally and learn new technologies • German or French language fluency is desirable
