Beschreibung

• Perform discovery with account teams or customers to understand current state, constraints, and desired business outcomes • Identify standard and custom services aligned to customer outcomes • Build custom-scoped services engagement proposals for strategic customers • Explain technical solution proposals, GitLab Services value proposition, offerings, methodologies, packaged solutions, and commercial terms • Guide account teams through governing legal agreements and coach Account Executives on consulting and education services quotes/orders • Coordinate closing processes and staffing requirements with Professional Services Operations • Handle standard objections related to price and DIY implementations • Update quarterly bookings forecasts weekly using Salesforce/Clari • Identify and communicate risks to Account Executives and Engagement Manager leadership • Build relationships with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Architects • Join sales leadership forecast calls to report on Services Forecast and identify accounts for services attachment • Respond to customer and Account Executive questions and requests • Establish mentorship with a more senior Engagement Manager and set up an individual development plan • Communicate customer behavior trends to the Practice Management team

• French language is essential for this position • Ability to incorporate AI into daily workflows • Ability to perform customer discovery and identify customer outcomes • Ability to identify standard and custom services aligned to customer outcomes • Ability to build custom-scoped services engagement proposals • Ability to explain technical solution proposals and GitLab Services offerings • Ability to understand and explain commercial terms • Ability to coordinate services staffing requirements, including skillset, language, and timezone matching • Experience with Salesforce/Clari for quarterly bookings forecasting is implied by the role duties
