Beschreibung

• Serve as the key client contact and liaison between clients, CROs and Labcorp • Lead interactions among Labcorp study team members to ensure seamless study delivery • Provide project management oversight focused on client deliverables, budget, risk and milestone management • Facilitate communications between clients and the extended Labcorp study team • Review statements of work to ensure quality implementation of client-specific requirements • Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies • Act as a client ambassador within Labcorp Central Lab Services and across Labcorp business units • Document and act on customer expectations in compliance with regulatory requirements • Manage conflicting priorities and make difficult decisions in dynamic environments • Implement, monitor and report performance metrics • Contribute to continuous process improvement, quality and productivity initiatives • Work with internal and external personnel to understand assigned clients' culture and pipeline • Build internal and external relationships to deliver on time and within budget • Participate in functional meetings and keep processes up to date • Comply with the LCLS Global Project Management strategy • Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity • Support Central Labs projects for Phase I–IV clinical trials and a key leading-pharma client account

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor degree • 5 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry • 5 or more years of experience managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline and stakeholder management • 5 or more years of experience in client-facing and stakeholder management • 2 or more years of Central Labs experience • Proven ability to drive project execution, influence cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to lead client communications, manage expectations, influence outcomes and build long-term trusted partnerships • Demonstrated leadership skills, including influencing without direct authority, aligning cross-functional teams and removing roadblocks • Proven ability to contribute to broader client, operational and organizational objectives • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach • Demonstrated success in process improvement, change management or operational excellence initiatives • Excellent understanding of clinical trials, project management methodologies and clinical development processes • Strong ownership, accountability, independent decision-making and complex project execution skills • Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions • Project Management training or certification (PMP, Prince2) preferred • Master degree or University degree preferred
