Beschreibung

• Lead delivery on complex, multi-workstream Salesforce transformation programmes • Own delivery governance and RAIDD end-to-end across full programmes • Design and run delivery cadence for complex discovery phases • Own handoff from discovery into delivery and run two-week build-block cadence end to end • Coordinate configuration, development, testing, UAT deployment, demos, feedback collection, and retrospectives • Reconcile delivery scope and benefit assumptions across client-held baselines • Own commercial and resourcing conversations with client Programme Manager and Sponsor stakeholders • Manage engagement and programme-level financials and commercial exposure • Mentor and quality-review junior Delivery Consultants • Design delivery operating models, including pod structure, build-block sequencing, and environment strategy • Own DevOps, release, and environment governance in anticipation of client-side constraints • Identify structural delivery risks and convert them into scoped, defensibly-costed remediation phases • Create reusable delivery intellectual property for Inardua’s wider Delivery practice

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years delivering Salesforce implementations in a delivery/PM capacity • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture and delivery patterns • Exposure to at least one Industry Cloud or Field Service Lightning • Comfortable with sprint/backlog tools such as Jira, Copado, or Azure DevOps • Familiarity with release/DevOps tooling and org environment strategy, including sandbox seeding and CI/CD basics • Salesforce Certified Administrator required as a baseline • Formal Agile/Scrum delivery methodology exposure in a Salesforce context • Demonstrable RAIDD/governance ownership on a comparable multi-workstream programme (£500k+ or similar) • Experience running multi-stakeholder discovery phases, including stakeholder time-sizing and session planning • Track record managing commercial exposure and change conversations directly with client sponsors • Prior delivery experience in a regulated sector • Visa sponsorship unavailable; must already have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom • Agentforce Specialist, Business Analyst, Cloud Consultant, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Alliance credentials are useful/strong pluses • Familiarity with Agentforce and Net Zero Cloud is a plus • Exposure to regulatory reporting, customer vulnerability, or billing/metering domains is a strong plus
