Beschreibung

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Solutions team and program manager, including scheduling, meeting preparation, notes, and follow-ups • Coordinate programs and projects by tracking tasks, timelines, action items, and updates • Serve as a point of contact for incoming requests by logging, prioritizing, resolving, and routing them • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations, and organize shared files and trackers • Administer team applications and tools, including CMS, ClickUp, CRM, and collaboration platforms • Manage users, access, routine configuration, tool requests, and basic troubleshooting • Maintain accurate data across systems and verify integrations and tracking • Identify and implement small workflow improvements and automations • Coordinate web requests and updates from planning through launch • Manage stakeholder timelines, priorities, owners, dependencies, and deadlines • Ensure contributors have required assets, copy, designs, and access • Track web work, flag risks and blockers, and keep stakeholders updated • Create and maintain process documentation, templates, runbooks, and an internal knowledge base • Help onboard and support teammates on tools and standard processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–4 years in administrative, operations, program coordination, or a generalist support role • Excellent organization and ability to juggle multiple tasks, requests, and deadlines • Ability to coordinate work across people, negotiate timelines, track dependencies, and follow up to closure • Comfort administering or configuring SaaS tools such as CMS, project management, CRM, and collaboration platforms • Basic familiarity with web content and project workflows, including CMS, assets, and design/development handoffs • Sharp attention to detail and proactive, service-oriented problem-solving mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical partners • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Only U.S.-based applicants will be considered • Alignment with ExploreGod’s Statement of Faith is required • Bonus: experience supporting a program or project manager or working within a PMO • Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS, web analytics, accessibility, or SEO basics • Bonus: experience writing documentation or running internal enablement • Bonus: familiarity with Asana, Jira, Trello, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace
