Beschreibung

• Align with account teams on Amazon initiatives while presenting digital advertising solutions for strategic vendors • Develop and execute complex programmatic advertising strategies to achieve campaign objectives and recommend growth solutions • Create and manage complex campaigns, including ad creative, targeting, bidding, budget pacing, and optimization • Analyze campaign performance data, create custom reports, identify trends, uncover insights, and make data-driven optimizations • Provide campaign performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders • Manage client and partner relationships and collaborate with sales, creative, product, marketing, retail, operations, and manufacturing teams • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business goals and revenue growth • Train and mentor junior team members • Use, manage, and optimize display advertising products and proprietary tools to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase sales • Stay current with Amazon DSP platform features and identify opportunities to expand advertising reach • Produce recurring digital advertising reports and identify optimization insights to accelerate growth • Develop upsell recommendations beyond individual campaigns and contribute to future plans • Act as a strategic partner for customers, developing solutions and prioritizing initiatives • Manage complex escalations across multiple business units • Participate in pod structures to execute marketing and brand development strategies • Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of programmatic advertising campaigns on Amazon's DSP platform • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Lead with consultative approach to grow existing and new businesses • Demonstrated experience leading client relationships • Strong background in advertising and media planning • Digital marketing, search engine marketing, programmatic advertising, and social media experience • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency with Amazon tools, including the Amazon Advertising suite of solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends to inform the business • Strategic Thinker • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • 5+ Years of experience with Amazon DSP • Utilization of Trade Desk, Facebook Ads, Google Display Network or other demand side platform highly preferred • Travel up to 20% • Candidates must reside in one of: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI • Sponsorship unavailable for this role
