Beschreibung

• Act as a company ambassador to automotive dealers within the assigned market area • Expand company market share by signing new dealers, developing existing relationships, and increasing awareness and adoption of the company’s lending programs • Educate dealers on all aspects of the company lending programs and maximize program value for their dealerships • Partner with operational teams to capture quality business from existing dealers and increase program utilization • Build and expand the assigned territory by identifying and signing new dealerships • Make regular dealer visits, cold calls, and take inbound dealership calls • Maintain customer satisfaction and dealer retention • Complete and submit documentation to track and assess established goals • Work with associates and management to achieve business plan objectives • Participate in special projects and perform additional assignments as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Three (3) years’ experience in auto finance with sub-prime auto financing experience preferred • Three (3) years’ experience in sales with auto industry experience preferred • Knowledge of the local market with established customer relationships preferred • Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, implement recommendations, and evaluate improvements • Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing others, conflict management, sound judgment, handling sensitive and confidential information, interacting at all organizational levels, and building cross-functional partnerships • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of the internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to learn new computer applications quickly • Commitment to organizational core values and key competencies • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to operate from a home office • Ability to travel extensively by vehicle and air, approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel and extended hours • Ability to talk and hear to exchange accurate information • Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
