Beschreibung

• Support day-to-day operations across the broad reach function and integrated marketing • Collaborate with paid media, PR, BI, data, and finance teams • Build relationships with external agency partners • Analyze broad reach channel performance and provide findings, recommendations, and optimizations to meet KPI goals • Support digital marketing performance monitoring and reporting • Build UTMs, C-tracking, and QR codes for integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives • Manage invoicing, pacing, and budgets across Broad Reach marketing channels • Develop presentations and conduct competitive analysis • Communicate performance recaps and insights to the broader marketing organization • Support integrated campaign planning, taxonomy, launch preparation, execution, and reporting across Core Conditions, Pets, and Subscription campaigns

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or the equivalent in related experience • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ad agency or similar • Familiarity with broad reach mediums such as streaming video (OTT/CTV, OLV), streaming audio, linear TV, terrestrial radio and podcasts media planning and execution • Understanding of performance marketing and ability to work toward revenue and efficiency goals • Skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Strong written, verbal communication, collaboration and presentation skills • Responsibility for reviewing and complying with Company safety and security policies and procedures • Vigilance and observation of potential security threats, including phishing attempts • Proactive communication with the Security Team about security concerns
