Beschreibung

• Support all contracting efforts from negotiation through implementation • Ensure contracts are properly signed, stored, and managed throughout their lifecycle • Assist in creating contract terms that support program success and protect the organization • Ensure compliance and minimize risk across contracting initiatives • Engage legal stakeholders to assure optimal contract terms and lifecycle management • Stay current with GoodRx RxMarketplace product offerings and industry trends • Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings • Research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects • Prepare, record, and track business contracts on behalf of the company

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required and 8+ years of relevant professional experience OR Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant professional experience • 8+ years of experience in the pharmacy industry, with significant experience in contract implementation and/or contracting • Deep understanding of key pharmacy, healthplan, and employer contracting terms • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, revenue structures, and general industry terms • Ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial agreements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Expert analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities • Willingness to develop a thorough understanding of product offerings • Highly self-motivated and willing to work in a team-focused environment with little direction • Highly proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, and collaboration platforms • Responsibility for reviewing and complying with Company safety and security policies and procedures
