Beschreibung

• Build and lead the medical education function for Haemonetics Interventional Technologies • Own physician and hospital staff education programs for PerQseal Elite, including case observation programs, hands-on/simulation labs, and preceptorship pathways • Establish medical education infrastructure, CME/CE accreditation processes, grant strategy, and compliance systems • Identify, contract with, and manage faculty in partnership with Medical Affairs and Legal/Compliance • Develop and manage the medical education budget, CME/IME grant funding decisions, vendor relationships, and program ROI tracking • Design and deliver hands-on training curricula for IVT product procedural competency • Partner with Sales Training to support field clinical specialists’ procedural expertise for physician proctoring • Partner with Clinical Marketing to align education programming with KOL and commercial evidence strategy while remaining organizationally distinct • Partner with Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance to meet CME/ACCME accreditation and Sunshine Act/Open Payments requirements • Track program outcomes, physician proficiency milestones, and education metrics • Scale policies, systems, and vendor relationships and expand the function beyond PerQseal Elite across the IVT portfolio • Supervise employees, including hiring, training, development, work assignment, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and problem resolution • Maintain effective relations with internal and external customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree, B.S. in biomedical engineering or related field required • 8+ years in medical education, clinical training, or field clinical specialist role in medical device or healthcare • Demonstrated experience managing physician proctoring, preceptorship, or case observation programs • Experience in interventional cardiology, vascular closure, or structural heart • Familiarity with IRB processes and HCP engagement compliance guidelines • Curriculum design and hands-on/simulation training facilitation proficiency • Faculty and proctor network management proficiency • Cross-functional partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory proficiency • MBA preferred • Experience with CME/IME grant processes and accreditation standards preferred • Experience in a regulated industry with familiarity with regulatory/legal content review processes preferred
