Beschreibung

• Lead the Performance Advisory team and own the Performance Advisory Services P&L, including revenue recognition and client deliverables • Support sales, marketing, contracting, and pricing initiatives to drive growth • Drive innovation for new and existing consulting services and enable annual growth of 5%+ • Identify technology needs, collaborate on technology decisions, and determine implementation timing and roadmap priorities • Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement • Develop Performance Advisor capabilities and strengthen coaching excellence • Increase organizational effectiveness • Participate in corporate programs and initiatives • Ensure compliance with professional, quality, security, and corporate standards, policies, and procedures • Uphold Solventum’s values and code of conduct

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 10 years of combined experience in healthcare consulting services focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials management; OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 14 years of combined experience in those areas • Seven (7) years of people leadership experience managing distributed teams • Five (5) years of combined direct P&L responsibility in healthcare consulting services focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials management • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship • Master’s degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Data Analytics is an additional qualification • Five (5+) years of experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, health plans, or payer organizations in relevant healthcare fields is an additional qualification • Proven success leading cross-functional teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving transformation initiatives over $1M • Proven history managing data analytics and client questions involving revenue projection, ROI, benchmarking/norm setting • Current or prior RN, RHIA, or RHIT credential, or equivalent relevant healthcare experience • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
