Beschreibung

• Define the roadmap and vision for GoTo’s identity platform, access rights, and SKU provisioning • Improve sign-in experiences and reduce identity verification friction for the support team • Manage the roadmap for OAuth and MFA • Lead user provisioning, account settings, and access control for end customers and internal teams • Define how employees, partners, and agents are provisioned, configured, and deprovisioned/revoked • Translate partners’ business models into technical requirements for access rights and account structure • Collaborate with software engineering, revenue operations (RevOps), and partner operations to implement these models • Define how AI agents authenticate, are authorized, and are governed when acting on behalf of a user • Address root causes of identity logic or access rights failures • Establish documentation and knowledge-transfer practices to maintain platform resiliency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience with direct ownership of a platform related to identity, authentication/authorization, access rights, or access management • Strong knowledge of core authentication concepts (MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SSO) • Hands-on experience making build vs. buy decisions for identity or authentication solutions • Experience launching features for billing or commerce software-as-a-service (SaaS) • Experience managing the mapping between SKUs (stock keeping units) and access rights • Experience with subscription or partner-mediated billing models • Proven ability to manage four to six concurrent workstreams or more • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, including software engineering, revenue operations (RevOps), legal and security, and external partners • French language proficiency is required for roles based permanently in Quebec • English proficiency is required to communicate with colleagues, customers, and partners primarily located outside Quebec • For R&D positions, ability to understand technical and scientific documentation primarily in English
