Beschreibung

• Identify and establish effective sales channels for assigned products and applications • Create targeted marketing strategies to maximize product reach and effectiveness • Design and implement territory-specific sales plans for acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones • Analyze territory performance metrics and adjust sales strategies • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries • Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-ups • Conduct site visits and outreach with industrial contractors and facility managers • Build long-term customer relationships through service and support • Design and implement distribution programs with internal teams • Evaluate existing programs and recommend enhancements based on market feedback and performance data • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity • Report insights and updates to sales and marketing management • Liaise between customers and Graco for new product launches and sales growth • Conduct training sessions for sales staff and channel partners • Establish partnerships and agreements with material suppliers • Manage training and demo equipment accounts according to corporate standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in mechanical product sales through distribution channels • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences • Advanced mechanical aptitude • Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse end-user requirements and shifting market conditions • Expertise in managing and optimizing distribution channels • Strong ability to build high-impact partnerships and support channel partners • Willingness to travel as required • Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain insurability with Graco’s chosen Fleet Insurer • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and unrestricted basis • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship • Temporary employment authorization holders, including F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, or similar programs, are not eligible • Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge • MBA or Master’s degree preferred
