Beschreibung

• Lead the preparation and review of complex journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. • Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful insights. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including financial reporting requirements. • Research accounting guidance and evaluate the treatment of non-routine transactions. • Document technical accounting conclusions in accordance with company policies and U.S. GAAP. • Review work prepared by team members, providing coaching and guidance to support quality and development. • Assist with financial statement schedules, disclosures, and external reporting requirements. • Partner with internal and external auditors and respond to accounting-related inquiries. • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and improve documentation standards.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience. • 4–7 years of accounting experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both. • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements. • Experience preparing and reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting analyses. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex accounting concepts clearly. • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and exercise sound professional judgment. • CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
