Beschreibung

• Own the product outcome of one delivery team from problem definition through accepted, in-production software • Own the roadmap commitment and quality bar • Direct AI coding agents across Interactive, Supervised, and Fully Autonomous execution modes • Select the appropriate agent execution mode for each workstream based on risk and measured reliability • Implement production front-end code directly from the engineering team’s repository under engineering review • Apply product and design rigor across discovery, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and prioritization • Author prompts, evaluation criteria, and acceptance criteria for agent-executable work and verifier validation • Enforce human review gates and accessibility standards with the lead engineer • Ensure WCAG conformance and compliance requirements are designed in from the outset • Set and maintain the team’s delivery cadence • Contribute improvements to the shared operating model used by other delivery teams • Refine the cross-team product-and-design operating model • Support higher autonomy ratios through measured agent reliability • Build toward a design system and component library used by agents • Mentor additional product-and-design engineering leads as the model scales

🎯 Anforderungen

• End-to-end product delivery as a builder: owned a product surface end to end, made product decisions, designed the experience, and personally wrote front-end code deployed to production users • Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React or an equivalent framework • Strong CSS skills • Ability to move fluently between design files and application code • Demonstrated competence in information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility (WCAG) • Practical experience using coding agents on production work, including understanding of failure modes and quality/review controls • Track record of defining a process, pattern, or standard adopted by other practitioners • High autonomy under ambiguity • Preferred: experience shipping within FedRAMP, FedRAMP High, defense, financial services, healthcare, or another NIST 800-53 / SOC 2 / HIPAA-bound environment • Preferred: public-sector or govtech product experience • Preferred: experience building or maintaining a component library used across multiple teams • Preferred: experience in an eval-driven or test-first engineering culture at a leading software organization • Responsible for preserving confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets • Responsible for ensuring data privacy and completing required privacy training
