Beschreibung

• Own the success of product features from product alignment and requirements through market delivery and end-of-life • Execute the existing roadmap and contribute to future strategic planning • Build products through customer empathy and discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and maintain the product and feature roadmap for Creator products in collaboration with engineering and design • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, customer engagement, leadership, strategy, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate strategy into roadmaps • Translate product vision and roadmap into functional requirements, use cases, workflows, constraints, and success criteria • Lead the complete agile product development lifecycle from use cases through delivery, post-release, and end-of-life • Collaborate with senior management and executives to meet unit objectives • Drive product innovation and advocate for product direction • Ensure release candidates meet product requirements • Maintain a data-driven product backlog and incorporate market input • Conduct feasibility analyses, business case development, and build/buy/partner evaluations • Represent D2L thought leadership at industry events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong business and technical skills • Demonstrated expertise in Product Management, including product planning, market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, enablement, evangelism and product marketing • Typically 8+ years’ experience in software product management • Proven progress towards data-backed and measured business outcomes • Ability to enable, inform, and communicate with various teams across the organization • Ability to collaborate with development and design on features, prioritization, and defects • Ability to create strategy and vision for initiatives and experiences • Ability to create roadmaps aligned to strategy • Ability to plan, prioritize, and visualize thin slices • Go-To-Market planning • Acumen with Artificial Intelligence Tools
