Beschreibung

• Co-own AI and technology use-case discovery and rapid prototyping with the Lead Engineer • Identify and validate opportunities across the organization and turn them into working proof-of-concepts • Champion an AI-First product approach and prioritize high-value AI use cases • Drive a technology product roadmap that makes the ERP a fast, reliable, and consistent foundation • Develop analytical insights for strategic and tactical implementation decisions • Use measures such as order accuracy, inventory turns, on-time fulfillment, and process cycle times • Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, engineering, business process, and data analytics teams • Design, build, deploy, and optimize digital product solutions to deliver business impact • Partner with digital product management leadership, senior operations and finance leaders, engineering, and business stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies, standards, and workplace safety commitments

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or related leadership roles in complex, matrixed organizations • Experience in strategic planning, digital product lifecycle management, technology build vs. buy decision making, and customer-centric innovation • Strong background in leveraging analytics to guide strategic decisions • Experience discovering, prioritizing, and delivering AI or data-driven product use cases • Experience partnering closely with engineering to prototype and validate AI or data-driven product use cases • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms • Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing distribution ERP solutions such as Epicor BisTrack, SAP, and Oracle, including order management, inventory, purchasing, pricing, and financials • Proven ability to leverage ERP capabilities to improve order accuracy, inventory management, pricing execution, and end-to-end operational and financial performance • Ability to standardize processes across acquired divisions • Ability to establish and drive technology product innovation to deliver operational efficiency • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive strategic initiatives • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools • Ability to identify high-value AI and automation use cases and rapidly prototype and prove them with the Lead Engineer • Comfort operating in an AI-First environment and using AI tools for research, analysis, and product decisions • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions • Ability to manage high-level strategy while diving into details when needed • Willingness to travel 25%
